Our Cleaning Process
Pre-Vacuum
Removes dry, loose and fine particulate soils.
Pre-condition
Specially formulated and safe cleaning solutions are heated and applied to the carpet. This step suspends, emulsifies and lubricates carpet fibers for easy soil extraction.
Pre-condition Edges
Focus on corners and edges of rooms we are cleaning.
Agitation
This step further loosens and helps suspend the deeply embedded abrasive soils and allegens.
Hand Agitation of Edges & Corners
Only hand brushing gets up to the baseboards and into the corners, loosening these soils for later removal.
Spot & Stain Removal

Dry Carpets (with Air Movers)
Air movers are used to dry your carpet and return it to use as quickly as possible.

Final Inspection & Post Spotting
We inspect our finished results prior to your walk-through. Also we give remaining spots or stains additional attention. If "Specialty Spotting" is required, we consult with you to determine how aggressive you want us to be removing as much of the stain as possible. There is an extra cost for "Specialty Spotting" and we request a signed waiver regarding the results.
