During the show for food service industry professionals, Christian Fahoome presented information and alternatives to traditional cleaning techniques during the seminar entitled:”The Green Restaurant Movement.”

Disaster recovery in mix for ‘09

The company: EverClean is a restoration and specialty cleaning company in Huntington Woods. Owner and operator Christian Fahoome emphasizes eco-friendly products and services at the company, which started in 2008. EverClean works in homes and businesses, providing services for everything from carpet to windows to upholstery.

Making it shine: Fahoome said EverClean has a new restoration service for wood floors, which especially appeals to commercial clients. The noninvasive service eliminates the look of nicks and other surface problems in wood floors through a nontoxic, fume-free process.

Emergency services: EverClean plans on expanding its services in the next year to include catastrophic emergency remediation services, helping customers who have had fire, flood or other kinds of major damage. The company will be able to do everything from removing stains, eliminating odors and reconstructing the site, Fahoome said.

Final word: “We’re really cleaning for health and appearance,” Fahoome said. “It also provides a great return on investment for residential and commercial customers.” Karen Dybis
